First Two-Year-Old Race of the Year at Santa Anita
The first two-year-old race of 2009 was run Thursday at Santa Anita. The two-year-old races are run on the all-weather track at a distance of 2 furlongs, and no whips or blinkers are allowed.
The winner was the #8 horse, Turbo Time, ridden by Danny Sorensen. Miss Dubai ran a close second.
